I'm a Ruby on Rails developer and I push myself in applying something new in every project. I focus on delivering the best product possible, wether I need to create a solution in Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, Yii or in other various languages and frameworks I picked up. On one day I work on a API or authentication methods, on other days I'm more at the Frontend, creating a Ember.js app or Backbone.js powered plugin. In my spare time, I’ve been working with Krpano, helping the community, creating plugins, tours and interfaces for clients.
I code mainly in Ruby, but have various other skills. I'm a real geek and love finding code improvements, create re-usable plugins or tweaks that improve our workflow
I have over 3 years experience with RoR. Together with 6 collegeas we form a Scrum team and create micro sites or platforms that need to stand for years.
I picked this up, about a year ago and I'm loving it. It allows apps/website to be even
more user friendly and lets me focus on the user experience.
Monitoring / Measuring the user's behaviour, creating funnels, set up goals and dashboards and writing reports for the client. Or for own improvement.
Throw in some CSS, toy around with localStorage or the File API, no problem. CSS is not my main thing, but I'll pull my weight if needed.
Before I switched to RoR, I've developed websites with PHP, mainly with the Yii Framework
I'm working daily with 6 other people in a scrum team on new and exciting (micro) websites that definitely are one of a kind. Some of the clients are Renault, Transavia, Disney and Dacia.
Hired during my studies as a 3d artist, I evolved to a developer. I developed a flash plugin which allowed them to display their 3d models as a 360 tour. The following years I came up with new products to use in these tours.
